At Quimnarrdrex, our Wellington-based floristry business is committed to providing you with fresh, beautiful flowers sourced from New Zealand growers

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while accounting for the unique characteristics of fresh flowers, seasonal availability in New Zealand, and delivery timelines across the country

This policy complies with New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Satisfaction Guarantee for Flower Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your flower order, bouquet, or floral arrangement, please contact our Wellington office within 24 hours of delivery

We will work with you to resolve any issues with your flowers, which may include replacement with fresh flowers, credit toward future flower orders, or refund in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws

This guarantee applies to all flower orders delivered within New Zealand, including same-day deliveries in Wellington and standard deliveries to other New Zealand cities

Damaged or Defective Flower Arrangements

If your flowers, bouquets, or floral arrangements arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition due to delivery issues, please contact our Wellington floristry team immediately

We may request photos of the damaged flowers or arrangement to process your claim and understand what went wrong with the delivery

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement bouquet or arrangement with fresh flowers delivered to your New Zealand address, or a full refund if replacement is not possible

We take responsibility for flowers damaged during delivery within New Zealand and will work to ensure you receive fresh, beautiful arrangements as ordered

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong floral arrangement or bouquet, please contact our Wellington office within 24 hours of delivery

We will arrange for the correct flowers to be delivered to your New Zealand address at no additional charge

You may keep the incorrect arrangement or we can arrange for its return to our Wellington studio

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Non-Refundable Flower Items

The following flower-related items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom floral arrangements, wedding bouquets, or event decorations that have been specifically designed and created for your occasion
  • Flowers, bouquets, or arrangements that have been properly cared for according to our instructions but have naturally reached the end of their lifespan
  • Flower arrangements that have been damaged due to improper care, handling, or storage by the customer after delivery
  • Same-day flower orders that have been processed and are in transit for delivery in Wellington or other New Zealand locations
  • Wedding or event floral services that have been completed and the event has taken place
